We are seeking a Crash Test Engineer responsible for preparing and conducting crash safety tests at component and full vehicle levels to support vehicle development. Key duties include analyzing test and simulation data, developing safety performance targets and specifications, and collaborating with design engineers. The role involves developing, calibrating, and validating crash sensing systems, including sensor performance evaluation and crash event detection, to ensure occupant protection across regulatory and consumer tests. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 0-2 years of relevant crash safety experience, and proficiency with CAE tools (LS-Dyna, ANSA, Meta-Post), Catia, Linux OS, and MS Office. Physical testing experience is required, with willingness to perform component and full-vehicle crash tests, including overtime and occasional travel.
