Akkodis is seeking a
Developer for a
Contract with a client in
Concord, NC(Remote). Candidates must have strong hands‑on experience with C#/.NET and FHIR R4 to build, integrate, and support interoperable solutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance and system reliability.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and RESTful APIs supporting healthcare interoperability.
- Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources to enable secure clinical and administrative data exchange.
- Integrate applications with EHRs and external healthcare systems using HL7, JSON, and XML standards.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements across all solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, well‑documented solutions and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with healthcare applications.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting FHIR R4 resources and healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, secure API development, and integration with EHR systems.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
