We’re seeking an experienced
Assistant Controller to help lead the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cost management—playing a key role in driving the profitability of our audio panel production.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA required
- 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a public company and/or public accounting environment
Skills That Will Set You Apart
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and GAAP
- Experience preparing financial statements and required disclosures
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to partner effectively with operations and senior leadership
