For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 - Content & Studio Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.
This role will drive complex technical programs that support content and studio engineering initiatives within a highly scaled entertainment environment. The position will partner closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders to turn strategy into execution and keep programs moving from concept through delivery. Success in this role will depend on strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and the ability to balance technical direction with business priorities.
Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $320,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own programs from inception to delivery with a proactive mindset
- Lead cross-functional programs that streamline the content journey
- Collaborate with partners to translate requirements into execution plans
- Communicate program progress and insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Provide expertise in studio technology to support engineering strategies
- Develop technical approaches and optimize project scopes
- Establish strong relationships within teams using emotional intelligence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience in content, studio or media technology, and/or Generative AI/ML platforms
- Proven track record in large-scale software project management
- Ability to influence and navigate product vs. technology tradeoffs
- Deep understanding of media and entertainment workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and planning
