For our client, we are seeking a Lead Engineer - End User Computing to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will guide the vision and execution of the end user computing environment, with a strong focus on modern endpoint management, automation, and employee technology experience. You will partner closely with digital product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve device lifecycle management, compliance, and service delivery across a large enterprise. The position also calls for building and coaching high-performing engineering teams while advancing transformation through telemetry, AI-enabled orchestration, and cloud-based solutions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $151,700 – $221,675 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with digital product leadership to shape the end user computing portfolio and define the technology vision
- Drive transformation of end user computing through modern technologies and automation
- Lead engineering teams focused on diverse endpoints and management solutions
- Establish enterprise hardware standards and lifecycle strategies that align with employee needs
- Manage endpoint provisioning and compliance using cloud-based solutions
- Drive improvements utilizing telemetry and AI for automation and orchestration
- Coach and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) engineering or related IT infrastructure roles
- Proven leadership of multiple engineering teams across diverse technology domains in large enterprises
- 5+ years managing people, including talent development and mentoring
- Deep knowledge of endpoint management solutions: Windows, macOS, mobile, VDI, and print security
- Experience in Agile methodologies and outcome-based delivery frameworks
- Familiarity with software packaging and deployment tools, including Intune and JAMF
- Proficiency in telemetry, reporting, and automation tools and scripting languages, including PowerShell and Python
- Strong vendor management expertise
