The Role
• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed systems and services.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and address specific requirements across a suite of services.
• Dive deep into technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive improvements to the customer experience.
• Build and deploy solutions that operate across thousands of devices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes for large-scale operations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux and networking, with experience in large-scale, distributed environments.
• Experience with deep-dive troubleshooting and technical post-mortem discussions.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
