Controller

2. About the Opportunity:

The Controller role is a key finance leadership position responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, and decision support that directly influences a Business Unit''s success. The position leads a finance team and collaborates closely with senior operational leadership to provide trusted business advice, financial oversight, and strategic support.

3. Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely monthly financial reporting
• Perform technical accounting analysis under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Analyze, summarize, and present financial results to senior leadership
• Coordinate and provide analyses to support senior leadership decision-making
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, including CPAs and CPA candidates
• Review multiple-element software contracts for proper revenue recognition under IFRS 15
• Coordinate audit requests and respond to queries during quarterly reviews and audits
• Assist the M&A team with finance due diligence and oversee financial integration of acquisitions, including intangible valuations and acquisition accounting entries

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation
• Experience building and managing relationships with direct reports and internal stakeholders

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range is $87,500 to $105,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit programs
• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity
