Job Description
A "Full Stack" Data Analytics pro who acts as the bridge between Product/Business and Data Engineering.
- The "Translator": Must be able to sit with Product Managers to understand business metrics, then turn around and speak "Engineering" to the data team to get those metrics built.
- Technical Stack: * Must-Haves: High-level SQL & Python.
- Visualization: Tableau (building the final dashboards for stakeholders).
- Cloud/Infra: AWS is non-negotiable specifically Redshift tables and S3 buckets.
- The "Plus" Factors: * ETL Expertise: If they can write the transformation logic to hand off to Engineering, that s a huge win.
- Tools: AWS Glue, Genesys (Call Center data), or Adobe Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Heavy stakeholder management with Product teams.
- Defining and understanding business metrics.
- Providing transformation logic/requirements to the Data Engineering team.
- Building end-to-end analytics solutions (from S3/Redshift to Tableau).
