The Role
• Design, develop, deliver, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for customer features and internal operational improvements.
• Maintain high standards by delivering quality work and pushing for excellence in code, design, and reviews.
• Work across team boundaries to deliver on projects, demonstrating ownership, earning trust, and achieving results.
• Develop a deep understanding of the system, core customer usage patterns, and workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotations to engage directly with customers and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Demonstrate customer obsession in all aspects of work, from design to operations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
• 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, or distributed software applications using languages like C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
