Full Stack Developer

1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the e-commerce and related back-office functions sector, addressing the challenge of delivering scalable, multi-tenant, high-concurrency commercial web solutions. It focuses on building and enhancing web applications using Microsoft’s .Net framework and Angular on the Azure cloud platform, enabling efficient and secure business operations.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Full Stack Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting new and existing web applications. This position requires independently managing complex development projects, contributing to technical design, and collaborating within an agile Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

3. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement solutions for moderately complex to complex software development tasks
• Provide design documentation as needed
• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Understand business processes to align development efforts with organizational goals
• Work with developers, QA, and product owners in an agile Scrum team to deliver solutions
• Provide accurate estimates for sprint tasks
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
• Support production issue resolution, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Follow architectural and coding standards, including defensive programming

4. Requirements:

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of professional experience with Microsoft .Net web stack
• Proficiency in MVC, Typescript, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, and T-SQL
• Advanced hands-on experience with Angular, including DOM, selectors, AJAX, event binding, and testing tools
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, web functions, and standards
• Experience with design and code patterns such as dependency injection and singleton
• Experience with high-concurrency public web applications
• Knowledge of web application security best practices
• Familiarity with Bootstrap framework
• Experience in agile Scrum environments preferred
• Business domain experience in e-commerce or back-office applications preferred
• Unit testing experience in an MVC environment preferred
• Experience with Azure platform preferred
• Experience with multi-threaded .Net applications and application optimization is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and convert business and technical requirements into code
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design techniques

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $106,000 to $119,250 annually, reflecting the national average
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Compensation determined by location, education, skills, experience, and organizational needs
