Program Manager

The organization operates a platform delivering unique food programs within workplaces, including offices, hospitals, schools, and distribution centers. Originating in 2011 to address limited lunch options for office workers, the company pioneered rotating popup restaurants inside workplaces. It now serves over 100 million meals across 45 cities through a network of more than 1500 restaurants, focusing on enhancing employee food experiences.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing an SM2 (Amazon) regional territory from launch through ongoing operations. Serving as the senior regional lead based in Chicago, this role supports the program team by managing client escalations, onboarding partners and restaurants, supporting site launches, and conducting remote site audits. The position emphasizes remote management with targeted travel, contributing to scalable systems and operational success.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end management of the Chicago/Central regional territory
• Manage client escalations and maintain launch schedules
• Onboard restaurant and operating partners; resolve partner issues
• Develop and operate remote site audit systems
• Coordinate field troubleshooting resources with minimal travel
• Serve as senior regional lead supporting program leadership and mentoring future managers
• Analyze operational and usage metrics; provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor financial health of accounts including receivables and payables; resolve issues promptly

4. Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in multi-site operations, account management, or regional operations, preferably in service, hospitality, or tech-enabled sectors
• Proven ability to manage remote territories and build processes from the ground up
• Strong data analysis skills using reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Highly organized with aptitude for managing multiple priorities and locations
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff with an accountability-driven leadership style
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating stakeholders and contributing to executive meetings
• Willingness to travel selectively when necessary
• Proficient in Excel and internal tools; data-driven problem solver

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range for this role is $95,000–$130,000 base, dependent on experience, training, location, and skills
