About the Opportunity:

The PROGRAM MANAGER (OPS) role is a hands-on position responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion. This role translates strategic priorities into detailed project plans, actively manages execution, mitigates risks, and ensures smooth cross-functional collaboration. The position is critical for maintaining project momentum and providing leadership with clear portfolio insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple projects
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to define tasks, estimates, and dependencies
  • Manage day-to-day project execution including standups, status tracking, and issue resolution
  • Administer communication and project documentation using Notion
  • Identify and resolve blockers, escalating critical issues with recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation and status reports
  • Coordinate handoffs and dependencies between departments
  • Collaborate to build repeatable project management practices aligned with organizational goals
  • Support leadership with program-level portfolio health updates


Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of project or program management experience handling multiple cross-functional projects
  • Experience working directly with delivery teams in startups or small companies
  • Strong skills in work breakdown, dependency mapping, estimation, risk management, and status communication
  • Effective facilitation skills for planning sessions
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and iteratively refine plans
  • Clear and concise written communication suitable for a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Notion, AI tools, and automation for program management


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Market salary based on experience and local conditions, ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually
