The Role
- Lead a multi-year enterprise program focused on improving and modernizing threat and vulnerability management capabilities
- Operate in a player/coach role, providing both strategic program leadership and hands-on project management support
- Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, roadmaps, budgets, and risk management processes
- Coordinate efforts across cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, operations, architecture, vendor, and business teams
- Develop concise executive communications, presentations, and leadership briefings, translating complex technical topics into clear business messaging
- Build structure and momentum in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology programs
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies across large initiatives
- Ability to quickly assess organizational challenges and implement practical solutions
