Your work should be easy to audit and understand after the fact. That means using consistent naming, complete notes, and documented procedures rather than relying on memory or informal assumptions.

Key Areas of Ownership
- Protect confidential information while handling business and customer records.
- Support process improvements by identifying recurring errors or avoidable handoff problems.
- Check required fields, attachments, and supporting information before marking work complete.
- Update processing logs so current status and outstanding items remain visible.
- Escalate incomplete, duplicate, or conflicting submissions for appropriate review.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and unresolved exceptions.
