Network Engineer

The Role
• Deliver optimal availability and quality for network routing and switching, IP security, and wide area network services.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and utilize Kanban methodology for incident and problem resolution within established SLAs.
• Serve as "queue managers" during shift lead duties, ensuring efficient assignment and timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Assist with proactive measures including network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation.
• Provide management with suggestions for continuous improvement in communications, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant Network Services experience, or commensurate experience.
• Proven experience delivering optimal availability and quality for network routing and switching, IP security, and wide area network services.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is desired.
