Huarui Welding & Cutting Company is looking for a Data Processing Associate who can contribute to structured document, information, and transaction processing with careful record control. This is a remote United States position where disciplined documentation and consistent ownership are as important as completing the task itself.
Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner.
You will use common digital workplace tools to organize assignments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with others. Procedures may evolve over time, so part of the role is learning updated requirements and applying them consistently once they are approved.
Responsibilities
- Index, classify, rename, and route digital records using consistent conventions.
- Reconcile routine differences between source documents and system records.
- Prepare files for downstream teams by confirming organization, readability, and required metadata.
- Use spreadsheets and shared systems to monitor volume, turnaround, and rework.
- Follow retention, filing, and documentation practices applicable to assigned records.
- Process incoming records, documents, or information according to defined workflow steps.
Capabilities That Matter

- High school diploma or equivalent experience suitable for an entry-level processing role.
- Attention to detail when comparing records, fields, and supporting documentation.
- Ability to follow sequence-based procedures and document exceptions clearly.
