About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern frontend and backend technologies, with a particular emphasis on Angular or React for the frontend and Python for the backend. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform's functionality and user experience. The contract is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8-10 years dedicated to full-stack web application development. Strong proficiency in Angular or React, utilizing TypeScript, is essential. Candidates should have extensive backend development experience with Python and the Flask framework, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs. A solid understanding of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle is required. Familiarity with object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles is necessary. Experience with version control systems like Git, along with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, is also expected. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include building responsive, user-centric interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript, and developing secure backend services and RESTful APIs utilizing Python and Flask. The role involves designing and optimizing relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product owners, UX designers, QA, and DevOps—is crucial to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. The developer will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance. Additionally, participation in architectural discussions and technical decision-making is expected, along with mentoring junior developers to promote engineering excellence.
