2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager in the Aerospace and Defense Interconnect Solutions Business Unit is responsible for managing projects and programs aligned with strategic sector initiatives. This role supports senior program managers by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining program profitability and compliance. The position contributes directly to the efficient execution of projects within the aerospace and defense sector.

3. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing projects aligned with strategic objectives
• Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones
• Track project and part margins to ensure profitability
• Provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve client or stakeholder issues
• Support proposals for funding new resources when applicable

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred, or 2+ years of experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Visio
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to customer and organizational sites

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Estimated salary range: $93,920 to $156,533
• Annual or quarterly company bonus may apply depending on position
• Shift premium may be available for alternative shifts based on assignment and location
