About the Role
micro1 is looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to support an AI training project involving software development, debugging, system architecture, code evaluation, and translating software builds between programming languages or technology stacks.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop and debug frontend and backend components
- Build and review APIs, services, databases, and user facing features
- Work in unfamiliar codebases and understand existing architecture
- Review and improve code across multiple programming languages
- Evaluate AI generated solutions for correctness, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
- Strong production experience across both frontend and backend development
- Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases
- Strong GitHub profile or meaningful open source contributions
Preferred Technical Background
- Experience with C++, JavaScript, Java, Go/Golang, Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Ideally, candidates should have experience across 2–3 frontend and 2–3 backend technologies, though some variation is fine if the overall technical background is strong.
