The Role
• Provide technical leadership and drive the full-stack design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Lead architectural and technical design decisions, decomposing epics into actionable implementation plans.
• Review and approve technical designs, code changes, and pull requests, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution for complex production issues.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using React/TypeScript, Flutter/Dart, and Python/Node.js.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and implement CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure-as-code.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• True full-stack fluency across web, mobile/cross-platform, and backend technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on AWS serverless experience with core services like Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and messaging/event services.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and serverless deployment patterns.
• Proven track record of rapid prototyping with AI/GenAI tools in a professional setting.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring small engineering teams.
