For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.
This role will oversee customer onboarding programs from initial commitment through launch and post-implementation feedback, ensuring each engagement stays aligned with customer needs and internal priorities. The Implementation Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive milestones, manage complexity, and deliver a smooth transition for customers. In this highly visible position, you will help improve implementation performance, strengthen the customer experience, and support ongoing process improvements across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customer onboarding projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to oversee the onboarding process from initial signature through post-launch feedback
- Balance customer needs with internal constraints while ensuring project milestones are met
- Track and report on project performance, including the development of new success metrics
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions and innovations for customers
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings and the customer onboarding experience
- Promote company values and support continuous process improvement across the organization
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles within supply chain, SaaS, or consulting environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight timelines
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for key customer engagements
