For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Competitive Programs to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own the structure and execution of competitive programs that help the organization respond quickly and effectively in a highly dynamic market. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish operating rhythms, coordinate urgent deal triage, and turn market intelligence into clear actions for leadership. The position also plays a key role in building repeatable playbooks, strengthening competitive awareness, and providing executives with clear visibility into program health and outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build scalable infrastructure for competitive programs with repeatable playbooks
- Lead critical P0 and P1 competitive programs with defined objectives and success measures
- Establish and manage cross-functional operating rhythms for program execution
- Coordinate competitive deal triage, ensuring clear ownership and response plans
- Work with Market Intelligence to turn insights into actionable strategies for leadership
- Create structured reports for executives highlighting program health and insights
- Operationalize initiatives to foster a competitive culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish
- Experience managing global initiatives across various regions and product lines
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
- Excellent executive communication skills for reporting and facilitating sessions
- Analytical skills to leverage data in decision-making and program health assessment
