The organization operates within the manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and life sciences sectors, providing consulting services focused on supply chain solutions such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and manufacturing planning. It addresses the challenges of implementing complex, cloud-based enterprise applications by delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs to strategic clients, leveraging a global team to support SaaS customers.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager leads the delivery of large-scale implementation programs, managing multiple work streams and teams across locations. This role ensures that projects stay on track, risks are managed proactively, and customer relationships are built and maintained. The position plays a critical role in driving successful adoption of SaaS solutions and identifying additional opportunities that deliver value to clients.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects involving multiple project managers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify potential challenges and risks to implementation projects and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain project schedules and apply solutions to recover timelines when needed.
• Foster customer relationships and quickly build trust.
• Coordinate with appropriate internal teams to support clients new to SaaS.
• Promote additional value-driven opportunities for clients.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years managing complex projects or programs in Manufacturing CPG or Life Sciences.
• Experienced in delivering large-scale, cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Skilled in leading enterprise-level integration projects with various API platforms and methodologies.
• Background as a functional or technical consultant for enterprise supply chain applications.
• Proficient in adapting project management methodologies, especially Agile.
• Ability to assess team members' strengths and deploy effectively for project success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with leadership, peers, customers, and teams.
• High sense of urgency and passion for delivering customer value.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The annual salary range for this position is $137,126.93 to $172,873.06, with variation based on location and candidate qualifications.
• Eligibility to participate in an annual performance bonus or commission program.
