The Role
- Contribute as a key member of a multidisciplinary mission operations modeling, simulation, and analysis team
- Inform the United States Space Force acquisition decision process through your work
- Develop and test simulation applications, integrating tools into an automated system-level trade study execution architecture
- Define requirements, specify designs, and implement an ever-growing portfolio of space mission operations analysis simulations and trade studies
- Support the U.S. Space Force's mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Space Systems Command's Program Executive Office for Space Combat Power
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, astronautics, mathematics, or physics with two (2) years of experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: MATLAB, Python, Java, C#, or C++
- Experience with Live, Virtual, and/or Constructive (LVC) simulation techniques and technologies
- Simulation development experience with environments such as STK, AFSIM, GMAT, or FreeFlyer
- Knowledge of MATLAB and/or Simulink or other simulation scripting languages
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph
