About The Role
The Program Manager drives complex technical programs from planning through delivery, coordinating engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and customer-facing teams across the software development lifecycle.
This role creates the operating rhythm for high-priority initiatives: translating strategy into milestones, managing dependencies and risks, and giving leadership a clear view of progress across cloud platforms, APIs, data systems, and internal tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs from scope definition through launch, establishing milestones, owners, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Coordinate engineering and product teams across Jira, Linear, Confluence, Slack, and related planning tools to maintain accurate execution visibility
- Manage dependencies across software, cloud infrastructure, security, data, and customer operations teams; escalate blockers with clear options and recommendations
- Run program reviews, standups, planning sessions, and executive updates that surface status, risks, decisions, and resource needs
- Build and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps, RAID logs, project plans, release criteria, and post-launch retrospectives
- Track delivery metrics such as milestone attainment, cycle time, incident impact, and scope change; use data to improve planning and execution
- Drive process improvements across Agile and hybrid delivery environments, standardizing templates, governance, and communication practices
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, product operations, or software delivery
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, infrastructure, security, or data teams
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, APIs, CI/CD, and production release processes
- Hands-on experience with project and documentation tools such as Jira or Linear, Confluence or Notion, and Slack; strong proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, resolve dependencies, communicate risks, and deliver programs on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, data platforms, security compliance programs, developer tooling, or scaled Agile transformation
