A successful Data Analyst at Ladara Indonesia will be comfortable taking ownership of defined tasks that turn structured information into dependable reporting and practical business insight.
Remote collaboration is built into the workflow. You should leave files, notes, and records in a condition that allows teammates to understand what was done, what remains open, and where the supporting information is located.
What You Will Do
- Compare results across periods or categories to identify meaningful patterns rather than isolated fluctuations.
- Build or maintain dashboards and visual summaries that help stakeholders understand performance without reviewing raw files.
- Use spreadsheets and SQL to organize, filter, reconcile, and investigate structured business data.
- Maintain organized analytical files and working notes so another team member can understand how a result was produced.
- Support improvements to recurring reporting workflows when a process can be made clearer, faster, or more reliable.
- Prepare recurring reports that present key measures consistently and make material changes easy to identify.
Preferred Capabilities
- Ability to explain quantitative findings clearly to colleagues with different technical backgrounds.
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or basic data-visualization concepts.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing calculations, source records, and reporting outputs.
- Ability to document assumptions and methods clearly enough for work to be reviewed.
- Foundational SQL knowledge or the ability to learn query-based analysis quickly.
You will receive guidance on internal tools and procedures, but you will be responsible for applying those instructions consistently once an assignment is clear.
Careful work is more valuable than rushed work. Consistency, documentation, and thoughtful escalation are important parts of the position.
