About the Opportunity:

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads high-visibility planning, transformation, and operational programs that support the development and delivery of customer and merchant products. This role aligns cross-functional teams with strategic priorities, improves operational processes, and establishes scalable frameworks that enable the organization to manage complex product initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary transformation and operational programs aligned with organizational goals and mission.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on strategy, priorities, and program objectives.

• Implement and improve lean processes that enhance team effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.

• Establish data-driven operational frameworks to monitor portfolio performance and support informed decision-making.

• Develop communication strategies that promote transparency and effective information flow across teams.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams to plan changes, manage risks, and clarify dependencies.

• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop solutions that improve operational effectiveness.

• Promote transparency, accountability, and alignment across complex, distributed teams.

• Build scalable program management practices that support organizational growth and evolving product needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing programs, processes, and organizational change within technology environments.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical product delivery.

• Proven ability to collaborate strategically across multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make informed decisions.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and related functions.

• Experience developing and implementing scalable operational or program management frameworks.

• Ability to build strong relationships and operate effectively within remote-friendly and distributed work environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Passion for improving consumer financial products and experiences.

• FinTech, payments, or commerce experience preferred.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range of $165,000–$225,000 annually for U.S. employees in California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

• Base salary range of $146,000–$206,000 annually for U.S. employees in other states.

• Total compensation may include equity awards, monthly stipends, and additional benefits based on location and eligibility.
