About The Role
The Program Manager drives cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, IT, and operations for complex technology initiatives, including platform launches, cloud migrations, internal tooling, and process automation.
The role creates execution discipline across multiple workstreams: translating strategy into plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring teams deliver measurable outcomes on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end programs across software engineering, infrastructure, security, product, and business operations, from intake through launch and post-launch review
- Build and maintain integrated project plans in Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical paths
- Establish operating rhythms such as weekly status reviews, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting
- Coordinate technical deliverables across Agile and hybrid development teams, translating engineering constraints into clear timelines and tradeoffs
- Define program success metrics and dashboards using tools such as Confluence, Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets
- Identify delivery risks and cross-team bottlenecks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate decisions with clear options and recommendations
- Standardize program-management processes, templates, and documentation to improve predictability across concurrent initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, operations, or a related cross-functional delivery role
- Experience leading software, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or internal systems programs involving multiple technical and business teams
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, SDLC concepts, Jira, Confluence, and project planning or collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive communications across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Comfort interpreting technical requirements and partnering with engineers, product managers, architects, and IT leaders without needing to write production code
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing concise status reports, decision documents, and program documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience accepted. Bonus: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master certification, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools
