The Role
• Lead a cross-functional engineering and operations team supporting a mission-critical program.
• Oversee a 24/7/365 Tier 2/3 Network Operations helpdesk across secure and non-secure environments.
• Approve, execute, and maintain network configurations and architectures for large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Operate and maintain dedicated test environments to validate network configurations before production rollout.
• Direct daily network operations, including scheduling deployments and resolving failed installations.
• Monitor and remediate network compliance to ensure adherence to security policies and federal standards.
What You'll Need
• High School diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
• Proven experience leading technical teams in architecting and managing enterprise network environments.
• Strong understanding of secure networking platforms and core cryptographic services, including specific TACLANE models.
• Experience with Cisco Routers (4K and 8K series) and Cisco Switches (various series) via CLI.
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, and Cisco SD-WAN implementation and management.
• Foundational knowledge of Zero Trust requirements, including Microsegmentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate requirements between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Active Secret clearance required.
