The Role
- Develop and maintain functionality for enterprise applications, including security, authentication, and data access.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT resources throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot, configure, and integrate vendor-hosted systems like ServiceNow, DocuSign, and FreshDesk.
- Connect vendor platforms with internal Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
- Analyze IT problems, conduct research, and recommend solutions based on technical and business requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and perform unit and system testing.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Four years of experience in a complex information technology environment.
- Three years of experience developing and enhancing applications using C#, .NET, MS Entity Framework, and MS Power Platform.
- Experience administering and supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or SaaS applications.
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and webhooks for system integration.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and relational databases/SQL.
