For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will partner closely with customers to translate business requirements into effective technology implementations. You will configure and deploy enterprise contact center solutions, guide technical design decisions, and help ensure each engagement delivers a smooth client experience. The position also blends project coordination, architecture input, and support for junior team members across varied implementations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Engage customers consultatively to deliver product expertise.
- Configure products based on customer requirements and best practices.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout projects.
- Lead technical architecture and database design efforts.
- Oversee project management for small to large-scale system developments.
- Assist in developing client information management standards and evaluate technology trends.
- Supervise junior staff or sub-contracted personnel during project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience, required.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Broad skills in technology implementation and analysis.
- Deep skills in business analysis specifically for call centers.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at both technical and functional levels.
- Analytical mindset and team-oriented attitude.
