For our client, we are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools across engineering teams, with a strong focus on improving how modern software is built, integrated, and delivered. The position will partner closely with developers and technical stakeholders to embed AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise workflows, CI/CD processes, and platform operations. It is an opportunity to shape developer experience, drive adoption, and strengthen governance, security, and scalability across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $129,300 – $177,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools across engineering teams
- Build and integrate GenAI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and enterprise platforms
- Train developers and establish best practices for GenAI usage
- Monitor performance and improve adoption workflows for GenAI solutions
- Troubleshoot and scale GenAI solutions while ensuring governance and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of senior development experience on large IT projects
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Strong skills in Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, and Python
- Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (OCP/GCP)
- Experience with SDLC and GenAI tool integration
- Strong communication skills in developer training and enterprise adoption
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance
- Expertise in Devin, Claude/Anthropic, Cursor, and AI coding tools
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architecture, and MCP
