About The Role
The Program Manager drives cross-functional delivery across cloud infrastructure and developer platform initiatives, coordinating engineering, product, security, and technical operations teams from planning through launch.
The role brings structure to complex programs involving APIs, Kubernetes services, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and internal developer tooling. Success means predictable execution, clear ownership, controlled risk, and measurable improvements to platform reliability and engineering velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive multi-quarter technical programs from scope definition through launch, establishing milestones, dependencies, owners, and measurable success criteria
- Coordinate engineering, product, security, SRE, and infrastructure teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and project dashboards
- Build and maintain integrated program plans covering API releases, Kubernetes platform changes, CI/CD migrations, and production-readiness requirements
- Track risks, blockers, technical dependencies, and change requests; escalate decisions with clear options and impact analysis
- Establish operating cadences including standups, technical reviews, release readiness meetings, and executive status reporting
- Define and report program metrics such as delivery predictability, deployment frequency, incident trends, adoption, and uptime
- Improve program-management processes, documentation, and post-launch reviews to increase execution quality across technical teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3-8 years of technical program management, engineering operations, project management, or a related role in a technology organization
- Experience delivering complex software, cloud infrastructure, developer platform, or security programs across multiple engineering teams
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile planning, APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production operations
- Hands-on experience with project and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent systems
- Strong ability to translate technical dependencies and risks into concise plans, decisions, and updates for both engineering and executive audiences
- Demonstrated track record of delivering programs with measurable outcomes, resolving cross-functional blockers, and improving operational processes
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS or GCP, observability platforms, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 programs, and a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
