Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee the general ledger and manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions
- Review payroll-related journal entries and ensure accurate reporting
- Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external auditors
- Maintain internal controls and support accounting process improvements
Qualifications For The Accounting Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience independently preparing financial statements
- Prior accounting management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
