Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at CareBuilders at Home – Duluth GA. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional support to our staff. Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence. Onboarding new employees. Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and meetings
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our software systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes. Maintain files both in office and in Axis Care.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, staff, and vendors, ensuring timely responses and resolving issues efficiently. Provide clear and consistent professional communication with new hires throughout the process.
- Organizational Support: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing, inventory management, and supply ordering. Strong attention to detail and able to follow directions completely.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience:2 years of experience (minimum)
