For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will support strategic planning and operational execution across a matrixed research and development environment, helping ensure priorities are translated into consistent delivery. The Program Manager will partner closely with leadership, coordinate governance materials, and help drive enterprise initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative position focused on alignment, milestone tracking, and disciplined follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,640 – $148,337 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with capability leaders to develop and execute annual strategic priorities and operating plans
- Coordinate execution of research, development, and quality priorities through standardized processes to ensure delivery consistency
- Monitor organizational objectives and milestones, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
- Support development of governance and meeting content materials
- Serve as the operational liaison between capability leadership and the Strategic Performance & Operations Director
- Support implementation of enterprise initiatives and operationalize plans within supported capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness through standardized processes and governance
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in program management or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Experience supporting leadership teams
- Strong program or portfolio management skills in a matrixed organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial stewardship
