For our client, we are seeking a Security Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will guide complex security-focused programs from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives are tied to clear business outcomes and measurable results. You will coordinate multiple workstreams across business functions, maintain execution roadmaps, and help keep scope, schedule, and budget on track. The position also requires close partnership with change management and key stakeholders to support readiness, adoption, and strong cross-functional communication.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $128,500 – $192,700 annually
Responsibilities
- Ensure initiatives have clear outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and maintain program execution plans and roadmaps across multiple business functions.
- Identify workstreams and monitor execution per scope and budget.
- Establish team structures and provide direction for workstream management.
- Create measures of success and monitor KPIs for the program.
- Partner with Change Management for readiness and adoption planning.
- Facilitate effective communication across business units and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- MBA or equivalent desired
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications highly desirable
- 8+ years of experience in program management
- Experience managing complex cybersecurity programs strongly preferred
