For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will drive cross-functional execution across product and technology initiatives, helping translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. The Program Manager will partner closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to improve operational rigor and keep complex initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, Agile fluency, and a proactive approach to coordinating delivery in a fast-moving technology environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product and technology initiatives from conception to launch
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to develop actionable plans
- Ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders and business priorities
- Facilitate planning processes for product and engineering teams
- Monitor progress toward business goals and key performance metrics
- Coordinate execution across multiple teams with an emphasis on deliverable accountability
- Drive improvements in tools, processes, and planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of Program Management experience in technology sectors such as SaaS or FinTech
- Proven track record in driving operational rigor and scalable execution
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
