About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving technical excellence and innovation across our projects. As a senior member of the team, you will serve as the technical anchor, owning architecture design and critical-path development while guiding and mentoring other engineers. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in software development, with most of your time dedicated to designing, building, reviewing code, and ensuring high standards of quality. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver seamless, innovative healthcare solutions that serve millions of users.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale software development, including designing applications, web services, and cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, JPA, and related open-source or proprietary technologies. You should have at least 5 years of experience developing highly scalable microservices, web services, and REST APIs, along with 5+ years working in Agile development environments. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade applications and services in Python, including API development with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and experience integrating AI/ML frameworks. Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka or equivalent (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS) is essential, along with 2+ years in a technical lead role. Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous integration patterns, and building Python-based data pipelines or AI workflows is also required. Proficiency in deploying and operating cloud services on platforms like GCP, along with CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration technologies, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex initiatives while mentoring engineers. Preferred qualifications include experience with TDD, NoSQL databases, GenAI/LLM-assisted development, and web performance and accessibility best practices.
