Bartender

Open casting call for all Bartenders, Cocktail servers and bar backs in venue Tuesday, September 15 2-5pm at Gold Rush Cabaret.

Gold Rush Cabaret is a high-energy nightlife brand known for exceptional hospitality and premium entertainment. Spanning 15,000 square feet over three levels, our high-energy venue offers a high end cabaret experience. We pride ourselves on fast-paced service, high hospitality standards, and an electric nightlife experience.

We are seeking experienced, high-volume Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end nightlife environment. The ideal candidates bring strong mixology skills, high energy, exceptional sales ability, and professional boundary management. You will be responsible for preparing quality drinks quickly, upselling premium spirits and VIP service, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and delivering top-tier service to our guests and entertainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare standard cocktails, high-end spirit serves, and house specials quickly and accurately under high volume.
• Manage POS transactions, register balances, cash handling, and customer tabs accurately.
• Upsell premium liquor, packages, and happy hour/drink specials to maximize bar revenue.
• Maintain clean, fully stocked, and organized bar stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Verify legal drinking age (21+) for all guests and responsibly manage alcohol consumption in compliance with Florida law.
• Engage professionally and respectfully with guests, floor staff, VIP hosts, and entertainers at all times.
• Work efficiently alongside barbacks and security staff during peak volume weekend and event shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Prior security or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided)
