For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will guide cross-functional execution for AI and cloud-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on program planning, delivery discipline, and measurable outcomes.
You will partner closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to coordinate AI infrastructure, model deployment, and performance optimization across complex initiatives.
The position also supports the advancement of a generative AI center of excellence roadmap while helping drive adoption and successful implementation of solutions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the generative AI center of excellence roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Develop and execute project plans for AI infrastructure and applications
- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for AI-driven solutions
- Ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation across AI projects
- Lead cross-functional teams to support effective execution and collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and help drive adoption of generative AI solutions
- Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, model deployment, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, AI/ML product delivery, or cloud-based AI solutions
- Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including training and inference
- Proficiency with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and Gen AI architectures
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and backlog management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
