About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sr NetSuite Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with other developers, system architects, integrators, and business stakeholders to design and implement enterprise-level business applications within the NetSuite ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and have experience in integrating NetSuite with other SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and Coupa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic growth of our clients’ technology landscape.
Qualifications
Candidates should have overall 6 to 8 years of experience in IT, technology, or the high-tech industry, with a strong consulting background preferred. Hands-on experience with core SaaS ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is essential, including implementation and support in revenue modules and ARM modules. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in NetSuite scripting, SuiteScript development, and the use of Suite Bundler and Suite Flow for complex workflows. Experience with integrating NetSuite with external systems via middleware like Jitterbit and SFTP is required. A background in B2B integrations, supporting platforms like Coupa, and familiarity with web services such as JSON, AJAX, or SOAP will be advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory. Certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer or NetSuite Administrator are preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and objects within NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler.
- Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet client needs.
- Manage user roles, permissions, security profiles, and workflow rules to ensure data integrity and security.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, and middleware tools like Jitterbit.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new NetSuite features and tools to enhance system capabilities.
