About The Role
The role drives strategic technical initiatives from conception to delivery, coordinating engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
You will remove roadblocks, manage dependencies across complex distributed systems, and ensure high-impact projects ship on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution for complex technical initiatives across engineering and product teams
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional syncs to keep teams aligned
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and technical blockers before they impact delivery timelines
- Establish clear reporting and KPIs to communicate project status and velocity to engineering leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a software engineering environment
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and release management
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale technical projects on time and within scope
- Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, PMP certification, or hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
