Job Title: Leaderman (Structural Fitting)
Location: Houma, LA
Position Overview: A Structural Fitting Working Leaderman is responsible for directing his/her workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors.
- Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to interpret standard construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Structural Fitting specific processes and techniques.
