The Role
• Drive product roadmaps and align cross-functionally to guide design/development and prioritize work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior leaders, scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver on complex, ambiguous business problems requiring cross-organizational innovation and project delivery.
• Act as a leader to set team vision, articulate clear goals and priorities, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Proactively remove roadblocks, foster innovation, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle business escalations with a data-driven approach, developing high-level strategic initiatives and executing them.
• Provide clear, comprehensive, and timely status updates, including decisions, tradeoffs, and escalations.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive significant business impact and reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong judgment and the ability to invent and simplify solutions.
