Job Overview:
- Drive end user adoption of customized enterprise software such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, PMWeb, and eBuilder
- Enable the buildout of transportation and utilities infrastructure for organizations like Army Corps of Engineers, LAX, Port Authority of NY/NJ, Colorado DOT, Sound Transit, PG&E, and SDG&E
- Develop custom guides, cheat sheets, slide decks, facilitation guides, and scenario-based exercises
Remote Location: Remote in U.S. with <10% travel for key client meetings and company events

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom software training guides, cheat sheets, slide decks, and scenario-based exercises
- Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards
- Analyze software documentation for relevance, accuracy, and quality
- Maintain materials in knowledge bases and learning management systems
- Prepare training facilitators to deliver materials via training sessions
- Support teammates in designing custom training curricula
- Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing software training materials
- 3+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams
- 3+ years of experience supporting custom enterprise software implementations
- World-class written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy
- Ability to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments
Expected Pay: $80,000 - $130,000 based on experience, skills, location, and willingness to travel
