Senior AI & Python Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior AI & Python Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems. You will play a pivotal role in engineering intelligent applications, ensuring that advanced machine learning models and language processing pipelines are seamlessly integrated into reliable, high-performance backends.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and construct robust backend applications and AI-driven workflows.

- Integrate complex language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments.

- Design and deploy scalable pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows.

- Implement automated MLOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud deployments.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in Python development and building production-grade AI systems.

- Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic or model orchestration frameworks.

- Solid hands-on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows.

- Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
