Role Overview
Seeking a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer with strong OpenShift (OCP) expertise and Python-based automation skills. The role focuses on cluster operations, remediation, and building agentic AI-driven automation solutions for platform engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize OpenShift clusters (build, upgrade, patching, troubleshooting)
Develop Python-based automation and remediation workflows
Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift APIs, Operators, and cluster internals
Build and deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines and Helm
Design and develop agentic AI workflows for platform operations
Build automation platforms using FastAPI/Flask
Required Skills
4–6+ years of OpenShift (OCP) engineering & operations
5+ years of Python development (production-grade)
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, ETCD, API server, networking (OVN-K)
Experience with CI/CD, Helm, and Git-based workflows
Strong debugging, RCA, and system design skills
AI / Automation Requirements
Experience building Agentic AI / multi-agent workflows (e.g., LangChain)
Ability to develop self-hosted AI automation tools (no managed platforms)
Experience creating tool-calling agents for platform operations
Nice To Have
Experience with Azure or GCP platforms
Strong API development using FastAPI/Flask
Experience in automation platforms and operational tooling
