About The Role
The role drives complex technical programs from inception to delivery, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams around shared milestones.
The program manager removes cross-functional blockers, standardizes agile delivery processes, and ensures that strategic engineering initiatives are shipped on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across distributed engineering and product teams
- Establish program schedules, define milestones, track dependencies, and manage risk matrices using Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional syncs to maintain high velocity and alignment
- Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources, manage capacity, and balance technical debt against feature delivery
- Track and report programmatic KPIs and OKRs to stakeholders, translating complex technical blockers into actionable business insights
- Iterate on delivery frameworks and standard operating procedures to continuously improve team efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth technology or software engineering environment
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Advanced proficiency with project management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and Notion
- Exceptional stakeholder management and technical communication skills across engineering and executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe certifications; hands-on background in software development or systems architecture
