Role: Paramedic
Responsibilities: Assess emergency situations, utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, communicate effectively with patients and families, act as team leader and manage scene and unit operations, drive ambulance responses, collaborate with healthcare and public safety personnel, and participate in community outreach programs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid State Paramedic License and Driver’s License, certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic, compliant driving record, successful physical agility test, and preferably healthcare work experience.
Skills & Attributes: Compassionate patient care, strong communication, teamwork, scene management, and adherence to protocols.
Key Duties: Provide high-quality emergency medical care, lead scene operations when necessary, ensure safety during responses, and promote community relations.
